We all started somewhere didn’t we? We are not being cheap here for not hiring a designer. But sometimes we just got no time to make the meeting, discussing the rate yada yada well you know the process. I know the feeling where you got a fantastic Eureka and you need to test that idea ASAP since it’s piping hot in your mind.
Here am I as a designer got your cover so that you can design your funnel looks professional enough to launch that idea, for now. Aww Come on, of course you want to update your funnel design later on? Right ? Right? Haha let’s hop on to it.
Copy other funnels.Yeah. We are not cheating in our exam here. It’s how the business world is. We don’t reinvent the wheel, instead we redesign it. Just Google your niche and add the words “landing page” behind. Voila! You have millions of designs you can refer to design your funnel. Want a shortcut? Use websites like Dribble, Behance and Pinterest. Only these 3 websites are enough to get the inspiration.
Avoid being too complex or too minimal.
Either one is not good. If you make your design too complex your audience will go away because they feel bloated. If you make your design too minimal your audience will get confused on what offer you are making currently. Being in the middle is a sweet spot. How to know you are being too complex or too minimal? Easy, when you finish your design try to take a step back and see your design. If you feel you don’t know where to click, that means your design is too complex. If you feel you don’t understand where to go after seeing the design that means you are too minimal.
Colors.
Actually I want to write about different points but this one I need to prioritize first. Please don’t make your funnel too colorful. Even if you are making your funnel focus on kids at a young age you need to understand the hierarchy of colors. I know you are not in 10 years+ in designing but here is only one tip that I can give which is use 2-3 colors only. It’s a good start. Usually if you see any funnels that have a lot of colors and it looks awesome that means the designer understands the color hierarchy. Well, we got no time, didn’t we? So just keep your colors minimum.
I believe everyone can make a good funnel. Take your time to build that funnel. Your audience will not run away since they are enjoying Netflix on a couch right now.
That’s a wrap.
