Yeah, why do I make this kind of post even though I myself am a funnel designer. The reason is because I don’t want any of you to waste your money and I also will not waste my time trying to fix the problem that I as a designer can’t fix. It’s not about design, it’s not about copy it’s just you need a different perspective to see the light at the end of the tunnel
So here are some insights where I see most top funnels that look stand out more than others.
Funnel brand. Sounds cliche isn’t it ? Of course it is, before you make your funnel please ensure you already have your own tribe I mean your own 1000 true fans. Don’t know how ? Read a book from Kevin Kelly 1000 true fans. Your 1000 true fans are the one who will share your funnel to their circles. I was shocked when one of my high school buddies shared one of the Clickfunnel ads with me. The snowball effect is applied when you have your own tribe.
Funnel placement. Please be creative. Your funnel will not generate lead or money if you do like others’ do. Don’t rely only on Google ads or Facebook ads. We have dozens of social medias/websites out there that have your ideal customers waiting to be fed from your awesome product. We have Twitter, TikTok, Reddit and even Quora. For brick and mortar business you can try Google maps, Waze, Apple Maps. Sometimes we are too focused on the common place. Think like your customer.
Funnel timing. This is one of the crucial parts. The baddest secret of all. The timing is not about what day or what time you need to post but (read carefully) “timing to touch your customers’ feelings”. An example Christmas’s Eve , who in the world didn’t know how important that night isn’t ? When is the right time? Not on that night but 2 weeks before is your time, do you see how shopping malls around you start their sales before Christmas Eve , same goes to you. Your funnel should be on the right time I’m not saying just for Christmas Eve but I’m sure you get the gist of it. That’s why the calendar exists because it’s for that moment.
