How to craft a perfect FAQ for your funnel so that your customers have less questions but pay more.

What is an FAQ ? FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. Why do you need an FAQ in your funnel? It’s to answer all your customers’ curiosity after they have seen your awesome funnel. Your FAQ will be a catalyst to increase your funnel conversion two-fold.

Here are things that you need to know to make a perfect FAQ.

Sequence of your FAQ.
Of course! It’s the base of your FAQ. You need to collect all of your customers’ or even prospects’ questions as much as you can. Arrange the sequence based on from the highest to the lowest frequent questions asked. How to get the questions? Launch your first funnel first then you’ll get questions. Don’t hold back, just blast that dusty funnel that you’ve been waiting for.

Take a glance of your competitors’ FAQ

Facing writer’s block when you want to create your first FAQ? No biggie, your competitor is your best friend. See how they make their FAQ, is there anything that you can improve or add. Be creative, use your own voice to show how different you are from them. There are even certain companies literally link their competitors’ websites in their FAQ. Love their confidence on how they filter their audience.
Make it simple, short and use your customers’ familiar words.
Some people said to avoid jargon words or formal words. Well for me, in my personal opinion it doesn’t matter what words you use as long as your words your customers are familiar with. All is OK. Why did I say that? Because when I work with clients that are from the corporate world, real estate or law firms they use a lot of words that I’m not familiar with (well english is not my native language so yeah) but their clients do.

FAQ is one of the essential parts that should be in your funnel. Don’t miss this.

That’s a wrap.
